2. Different divisions within the corporation will need to work independently.
3. Several journeys with the same division with some common journeys with the Corporate office.
4. Content different for different divisions.
5. Need to measure customer interaction and responses.
6. Some contacts from external systems.
7. Exclusion list maintained.
8. Analytics on user behavior is available to the Marketing team.
9. Events tracked.
10. Payments and transactional emails sent.
